In this detailed 8-part video course Karen will begin by explaining what ADHD truly is and how it presents in its true form. She will go on to explain how children with underlying sensory processing challenges particularly impacting on the vestibular and tactile senses can present with ADHD type symptoms. She will describe how many children present in her clinic as ‘very busy, constantly on the go and seeing movement’ not because of a diagnosis of ADHD but because the child isn’t able to process the underlying sensory information about movement correctly. Karen will go on to explain what the most effective treatment approaches are to help your child to be calmer, more regulated, listening better, seeking a lot less movement and being able to attend and focus.
